Nice room in a cozy 3 bedroom house,*recently update with Great Location! with shared kitchen, living, dining room and bathroom; house has a huge beautiful back yard !
At the moment in my house it is just me ,I'm 45 female, professional ,not kids, not pets I'm clean and organized ,I don't smoke, I don't drink, and I don't party in my house.

The house is also in a great neighborhood ,*history neighborhood of Ft w, with 95%owners living there for long time.
