I’m buying a new house with my younger brother (closing at the end of the month) and am looking for someone to help us out by renting a room. It’s a nice house and you’d have access to pretty much everything. I own two cats, so if you’re allergic this probably wouldn’t be the best choice. It’s a lovely area and close to the freeway as well as a nice shopping center. Amenities are free, though we’d prefer if you bought some of your own food. Thank you for your consideration.
