Two bedrooms for rent

Two rooms are available currently. Looking for two people, preferably female, to move in by the end of May/ beginning of June.
Front of the house (gardens, walkway, front porch, mailbox)
Front hallway, (Coat closet where vaccums and coats are stored)
Three pictures of the first available bedroom, dimensions are 11 ft by 10 ft, The closet has built in wooden shelves, outlets, and a fan.
Next four pictures are of the second available bedroom. Dimensions are 11 ft by 10ft. Closet with shelve space, hooks for hanging behind the door, a wifi extender for the back half of the house in one of the outlets.
The main bathroom. Contains several empty drawers, a fully functional shower/bathtub, toilet, and shelves for towels.
The Kitchen. Fully functional dishwasher, double sink, oven, stove, microwave and coffee bar.
The Living Room. Tv with streaming device(A Roku), couch, chair, and storage for game systems, movies and games.
Library/Dining room. More often used as a library. Several bookshelves available to hold books. The table can be cleared off to have meals at.
The Office/Sewing room. Space can be made for another desk.
Laundry room. Fully functional Washing Machine and Dryer.

The backyard has a fence, but it is geared more toward smaller dogs rather than large dogs. The backyard is decent-sized with an outside firepit and a roofed back porch/patio. There is a shed to store yard tools in as well as storage containers and the like. I do have to preface that my dog doesn’t get along with other dogs but I’m not willing to keep him shut up in my room all day. It’s not fair to him. So cats are more preferable as I would like to keep it a one dog household. I have two bedrooms available currently. There is one main bathroom that will be shared. Fully stocked and functional kitchen, three living spaces, and a full laundry room with a washer and dryer. My house is close to IH 30 & 820 east, with easy access to downtown, UT Arlington, TCU, TCC Campuses, and Texas Wesleyan. I’m asking 705/month and the rent includes electricity, high-speed internet, and city water/trash services. Only the shared living spaces are furnished; Kitchen, Office, living room, and Dining room/Library. You will need to provide your own furniture for the bedrooms available.
