Hello, my name is liz and I’m renting a room in my house. I’m a full time working single mom. The current occupants are me and my daughter (2 years old). You will have access to the full house, garage, and back yard. There is a washer and dyer in the house. There is a driveway and street parking. I need someone who understands what it’s like living with a 2 year old (messes, tantrums, getting into things that aren’t toddler proofed).
I am quiet and usually keep to myself. I work from home, so I will be in the house most of the time.

The room currently has a desk and twin mattress which I can move out of there unless you want to have those things.
