Single Room in 3 bed house in Fort Worth

This is a brand new modern Townhome in Linwood Park. Great location and steps away from the park and West 7th Street corridor. Easy walkability to shopping, entertainment, grocery stores, and restaurants. Everything in this town home screams cool vibe with modern finishes. Large rooftop deck that also overlooks some Parts of the Fort Worth Skyline. This townhome has 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The second floor is the entertainment area and has a large balcony as well. I have a very well behaved dog that will also be part of the house. I am looking for someone who is either in school or a professional in the area. I will provide a washer and dryer. Considering a peloton bike but have not confirmed yet. You will also have access to park your car in the garage. Part of the rent will also cover house maid to clean the common areas (once a quarter) and at an added cost you can have your individual bedroom/bathroom cleaned twice a month. I am only looking for serious inquires that plan to sign a 6 month to 1 year commitment. Additionally, included in the rent will be all utilities including high speed internet. Moving is always a hassle and I get that so I will also offer and pay up-to $50 to a moving company of your choice to help with your move.
