The rent is technically $1500, but split between the two of us. Therefore, rent is actually $750 each. That $750 is all bills included. The rental is a 2 story, 2 bed/1.5 bath, living, kitchen, dining, and laundry townhouse/duplex. This is an end unit. There is also an 8 foot gated and wooden fenced in back patio and 2, covered parking in the back included in that price. The bedroom doors each have keypad locks. The bedroom you would have has a massive, in room bathroom sink, vanity, storage, and mirror. Your room also includes a massive walk in closet that your arms won't be able to span from wall to wall. The closet also has storage. Your bedroom also has a large window that overlooks the back patio. The bedroom is very large itself and comes with TV/cable hook-up, internet/wifi that is included in the price of $750. There is also a ceiling fan. The home is all wood flooring. The bathroom shower/tub is medium-large, white, subway tiling with new sinks and toilets. The faucets and showerhead are stainless steel. All the appliances are new and stainless steel, along with the kitchen sink. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.
