Owner-occupied: This is a 2 bedroom house, and I will be living on-site in the 2nd bedroom. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats, so this home is best suited for someone who is comfortable living with pets. I’m an early riser, work 1st shift 3-4 days a week, and value maintaining a calm, clean, and comfortable home environment.
I’m looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful shared living arrangement and will do their part to keep the common areas clean and welcoming.
