Hi! Large furnished room in a nice area of Bedford on a street in with no through traffic. Close to everything -shopping, post office, gyms, highways etc. There’s a patio & nice size backyard that you can sit out on or can have a few friends over for a bbq if you give me a little notice. Smoking outside is ok.
Background check required.
Utilities & fiber WiFi are included. Kitchen access & use of pot, pans, dishes & linens plus use of the washer & dryer. The tv in this room is mounted on the wall so won’t be in your way. Has a large closet & I can let you put a few things in the attic.
I have a robo vacuum that vacuums on Monday’s so if you leave your door open, it’ll take care of the vacuuming for you.
I live here & John is the name of the other renter. We are both pretty easy going & are easy to get along with.
