Room W/Private Bath

Nice room W/Bathroom in 2nd level apartment, and hwy 183 and 121 are about a half a mile commute. Also, I have several cats. I have an extra fridge and freezer, so there's plenty of space for food. Also I prefer someone that works full time or close to that duration, and doesn't drink much or do any drugs, including any smoking inside, as I am very sensitive and have slight asthma, but smoking is ok on the patio. Small dogs and cats are most likely ok. Also, I'm very laid back and not controlling, etc, and there is no curfew as long as all is fairly quiet after 10 or 11 pm. Would prefer someone that can pay first and last month, or a portion of the last month in two payments, and I've had roommates in my home the last 5 years, and its overall its worked out well, and at one time I had 3 or 4.. Also, to clarify, there is a full sized mattress in the bedroom, and will also provide a dresser, if needed.
