✅Every room has their own private bathroom.

✅We have a mini gym available (stairmaster and elliptical and the cycling machine )

✅ two fridges (extra space for food. One is in the garage and then we have a main fridge in the kitchen)

✅ cookware and plates, bowls, utensils are all available. I think we’re only missing a whisk 😅

✅Washer and dryer available.

✅most Utilities included
(light and WiFi will be split) amongst us. WiFi is currently$65.61 and it’s been great no issues. The highest light has been for us was $258 and that was on the hottest days in summer. (Just to give you an idea.)

✅Secondary Room is 10x13 with restroom inside the room and a walk in closet. Has the option of being furnished (a queen size bed) standing shower

✅ Third room has a bigger bathroom not attached to the room (it’s down the hallway) -built in mirrors where the closet is at. Bathtub

We are a no smoking home. None of us smoke, sometimes drink, the dishes are always washed and on the drying rack. I can probably think of dishes being left in the sink maybe a handful of times this entire year. Kitchen and common areas are swept often.

We do try to have a game night to get to know each other better and earlier this month we did a small garden party with some of our friends (bring your own flowers and make a bouquet💐)

We also team up a lot! (Split costs)💓(Detergent, spices, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. detergent last about two months for $30 bucks for three people.)
