The home is 2 years old with top tier appliances. There is a LG washer and dryer on the 3rd floor. The view is spectacular regardless of which floor you are on. This includes your room! Currently there is a dresser in the room, but if unwanted, I can get rid of it. The room will come unfurnished. I have AT&T's Fiber 500 Mbps supplied to the house as well. Great for gaming and streaming!
Ideally I am looking for someone like me who is a young working professional. I traveling for a living and won't be home for most of the time. I am typically gone Monday to Friday and will be back on the weekends. That means you will be alone for the majority of your rent. I am not much of a partier or drinker. I will go out on occasion but for the most part, I like a nice and quiet home. I keep things fairly tidy and clean. As a side note, I am a gamer. If you game on PC, that is a big plus. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. All in all, I am easy going but particular about a few things.
