Live comfortably in a fully furnished home with everything included!

Available Rooms:
2 rooms w/private bath @ $190/wk & $205/wk.
3 rooms with shared bath @ $165/week.

Fully furnished with full-size bed, chest of drawers, work desk with chair, and a private refrigerator in each room. *Room 3 does not have a chest of drawers but does have an "organizer" in the closet

All utilities included: Water, electric, trash, Wi-Fi.

We require a one-time $137 new account setup fee in addition to first week's occupancy fee.

Shared Amenities include a large kitchen with electric stove, shared refrigerator, Keurig coffee machine and cooking utensils. Dining area with two tables.

Spacious shared bathroom with plenty of storage for the 3 rooms that will be sharing it. There’s lots for room to chill and on the covered rear deck with dual ceiling fans and picnic table. Additional chairs will be added soon.

Pets considered on a case by case basis.

On-site washer/dryer ($1.50/load – 1980s pricing!)

Ample parking on circular driveway and sides of the home.
