The rooms are on the second story of the home. There are 2 rooms upstairs as well as a game room/living room and a bathroom/shower. The whole upstairs is currently empty so that whole area will be yours, essentially. The House is in a quiet and safe neighborhood 5-10 minutes away from Royse City and I-30. Parking is available on the driveway of the home. The garage can be used for storage. There are also two pools in the neighborhood. There is only one person living there at the moment. He occupies the downstairs room. He usually works nights and weekends so he will most likely only be there in the morning/ early afternoon. I'm looking for someone who is clean, organized, and will bring some fun energy to the home.
