I’ve got a private 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom setup available in my house—basically your own separate wing, so you get a lot of space and privacy while still sharing the home.

Location:
Super central with easy access to I-30 and tons of shopping, restaurants, and everything you need nearby.

The Space:
2 private bedrooms
1 private bathroom
This is a whole separate wing of the house, with a door that closes it off from the rest of the house for full privacy.

Shared areas:
Kitchen, breakfast area, dining room, living room, front office, and a comfy den/movie room.

Parking:
Driveway + street parking available
Covered garage parking available for an extra monthly charge

A few notes:
I (the owner) live on-site
There are already cats, and so no additional pets are allowed unless a special exception is made by the owner.
WiFi is included
Water, Gas, and Electric will be split monthly.

Looking for a female who’s a fellow working professional - clean and respectful. I love to read, cook, watch movies, and play board games. If I'm not doing these, I am typically hanging with the kitties.
