Two rooms near downtown Weatherford

Rent one or both rooms. I’m renting to help fix things around the house, so a handy person would be great, and to catch up on bills. The rooms pictured above will be cleaner when you move in. My daughter has just moved out. There are two living rooms, a shared dining room, and a kitchen. The oven recently went out but stove sit fryer snf microwave work just fine. I do have a washer and dryer. I have four dogs, so pets are questionable, but definitely no more dogs. I’m really looking for someone quiet who goes to work and comes home. I don’t really want a lot of company coming and going. Definitely no parties. My roommate and I are pretty chill and sometimes watch TV together in the living room. Anybody who wants to hang out, do a session, or garden, please note that I have a fireplace, which is really cozy during rainy days and winter.
