Room Rental in Downtown Weatherford

I have 2 separate bedroom rentals available in my house located right by the courthouse in downtown Weatherford. House has 2 full bathrooms and the rent is 800 per month, comes with utilities included in that price. I also cover cost of all common household items: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish/hand soap, etc. I also know life happens and no one should be locked into staying somewhere so the lease will also be on a month to month basis, meaning only a 30 day notice is needed with emergencies being the exception pending my approval. House is all hardwood except for one bedroom but with that carpeted room having it's own backdoor patio door to the backyard and built in shelving/storage. All of us in the house are very laid back/easy going professionals just looking for the same.
