I have a one bedroom apartment, but I stay in the “living room” the room is very big has a very big walk in closet. Shared bathroom, shared kitchen with a small breakfast window/bar, a balcony that gets shade half the day till 2 pm, and usually rain mostly stays off you, so you can watch rain storms.
Has a laundry building in the courtyard, and you get once parking spot. And it’s a gated community.
Must fill out application and be approved. Pets considered, if they are calm and not violent. “Will have to cover any pet fees, I will not. Only text please…..will call once we chat for a min.
