You will be living with the two owners—young, female working professionals. We are seeking female applicants preferably to maintain a comfortable and harmonious living environment.
THE ROOM & HOME:
• Move-In: Available Immediately
• The Room: Furnished with essential items (bed, dresser, etc.). Your own private, full bathroom is right next to the room.
• Utilities Included: Enjoy true all-inclusive living! Rent covers Electric, Gas, Water, High-Speed WiFi, and Trash.

• Kitchen: Access to a spacious, shared kitchen perfect for cooking.
• Outdoor Space: Large backyard with a relaxing patio area.
