Nerdy Couple Seek like minded Renter

Room is approximately 9'x11' with gray carpet and engineered wood blinds. Spacious closet with shared bathroom. Access to laundry room. Currently has a bed in the room but willing to rent with or without furniture. Area has many walking paths, parks and pool access. House is at the very back of neighborhood up against a drainage reservoir and green space. We have 2 police officers living on our street with one living next door. Street parking. Rent includes utilities (gas, electricity, water, and wifi). Common areas like kitchen, living room and dinning room are shared. Bathroom has the only bathtub in the house and is shared.
