I’m offering a private room with a shared bathroom in a clean, comfortable, and safe environment. All utilities are included, and residents have access to a large community pool within the neighborhood.

The home is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, movie theaters, and Deerbrook Mall. It’s approximately 15 minutes from Valley Ranch Town Center in New Caney, 30 minutes from The Woodlands, 40 minutes from the Medical Center, and 15minutes from IAH Airport.

A little about me: I’m a retired police officer who enjoys a peaceful home environment. I have the sweetest two-year-old pup, who is part of the family and brings lots of love to the home. ❤️

I’m looking for a female, non-smoking roommate who is clean, respectful, responsible, and values privacy and a quiet living space. Ideally, I’d love someone who keeps to herself, is considerate of shared spaces, and is looking for a comfortable, safe place to call home. Since the bathroom is shared, cleanliness and mutual respect are especially important.
