1 bed 1.5 bath (utilities included)

Private Room is on the 2nd floor (upstairs)

There is a full sized bathroom upstairs on the same floor you will have access to but shared with a 2nd tenant living in another private room on the same floor. (If occupied by another tenant)

There is a “living room” upstairs on the same floor that is unfurnished but you will have access to it and use the space as you please. (Shared with another tenant if occupied by one)

Access to the kitchen, laundry room and half bathroom downstairs on the 1st floor as provided but all will be shared with the home owners (landlord) and other tenant (if occupied by one)

Access to the back yard but warning we do have two dogs (Husky’s) they are friendly and love people but have to stay outside due to my wife being allergic to animals. That being said, NO pets inside the house unless we give consent.

Parking is available in the drive way and on the street currently but limited.
