The house is near the valley ranch town center for shopping/food/groceries. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Currently my son (5), wife (31), and I (34) reside in the house. One room is move-in ready and the second one would just need new flooring, but can still be used (if needed). Each room has their own closet and window facing the street/driveway.
