Room For Rent Magnolia, TX

We are a couple 38 and 43 year old with no kids and 3 cats. My mother-in-law live with us. We both work all day long; my husband takes classes at night. My mother-in-law is retired; she stays home most of the day. My husband and I like to workout during the week; we have a little gym at home that you will be more than welcomed to use. We go to sleep early and we are up early; our normal hours are 5am-10pm. We are quiet and tidy here. We are non smoke household.
Our home is located at the corner of 1488 and 249; Conveniently located 15-20min from both Tomball and The Woodlands. Brookshire Brothers less than 5min away and HEB less than 10min away. Lone Star College Magnolia Campus is 10min away.
