Room for Rent- Couples Encouraged!

Furnished Room + Private Bathroom for Rent – The Towers Woodland

My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to rent out a furnished private bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom in our apartment. We’d prefer a couple if possible — we just feel more comfortable with that setup and want someone who’s a good fit for the household.

About the space:
• Furnished bedroom
• Private attached bathroom
• Shared kitchen/living areas
• WiFi included
• Utilities included
• Chill, respectful environment

Important:
• We already have animals in the home
• Cats may be considered
• No additional dogs or other animals due to one of our dogs being dog-aggressive (very sweet to people!)

We’re looking for clean, respectful, drama-free people who are responsible with rent and easy to live with. Please message with a little about yourselves, work schedule, and general move-in plans.

A little about us:

We’re pretty laid-back homebodies who enjoy a quiet, cozy environment. Most of our free time is spent playing video games, binge-watching shows, reading, doing diamond art, crocheting, painting, or just hanging out together. We’re friendly but respectful of personal space and really value a calm, comfortable home atmosphere.

One of our favorite things about living here is the huge Olympic-size pool, which you’d also have access to. During the cooler months, we’d also love to take advantage of the fishing pond on the property more often.

We’d really love to find roommates we genuinely get along with and can be friends with — people who enjoy hanging out sometimes while still respecting each other’s space and boundaries. We’re hoping for a relaxed, drama-free environment that feels comfortable and welcoming for everyone.
