We are a Dominican couple recently moved from NYC. I'm a stay at home mom now. We bought this large property and have alot of space to share our home with family and guests.

We have 2 cockerspaniel 1 year old dogs, friendly, and hyper. They are mostly outside and are not allowed upstairs.

You can use yard and pool if you don't mind dogs. They run freely in the yard. They are only put away if they make excessive noise or for bed time.

No pets, No smoking

Looking for good, decent, working, or traveling people to rent to temporarily. Must be clean, be mindful of keeping shared spaces CLEAN. House is in an HOA community must be clean, quiet, and respectful of other residents.

Home is near Lake Conroe, St. Luke's Chi Hospital, Texas Children's Hospital + The Woodlands. About 45 mins to Houston in traffic.
