Hey all, I have a room available for you in a 1700sqft 2 story home built in 2022.

You'll be staying on the second floor which hosts 3 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a parlor/game room. Game room equipped with 4k TV and Vizio 5.1.4 surround sound w/ plenty of boom to rock your socks off on the rainy days when movies are the thing to do. Fiber Internet for UHD streaming/gaming/remote work. The downstairs has a shared social space and shared kitchen. Currently has gym equipment setup in the living room space with treadmill, weight sets and bench, and pullup/dip/leglift rack. Laundry on site and dual zone A/C controls. House has full outside security camera system for additional peace of mind.

Fenced in backyard is a decent size with a small bbq for Saturday cookouts with a few brews if that's your thing. Looking to build a fire pit. Garage can be used for light storage, but like to keep floor space in there for projects. Uncovered driveway parking is available.

Walking/bike trails directly to Carl Barton Jr. Park for exercise and activities.

Looking for clean tenants who will help maintain the space. Preferably full time professional employees or students.
