Roommate wanted in Conroe TX

The rent $1000 BUT IS NEGOTIABLE, let us know what you can afford. House is 4 bedrooms 2.5 bath, your room is unfurnished and you'll have your own personal bathroom, it will upstairs, our bedroom is downstairs so you'll have it all to yourself minus the game room which will be my husband's private dwelling place. For the most part we stay downstairs. Laundry is available at the home. Fenced backyard thats covered. Roommate would have to fill out an application, have proof of active renters insurance (liability 100000), pay the fees and sign a roommates agreement stating how rent would be paid, house rules and etc. If have a previous broken lease/eviction just tell us what happened....we completely understand times are hard for everybody right now especially since 2020 and the job layoffs. We would need to meet and have a sit down first before we decide to let someone in. If you can’t make it we can arrange a meet up or a virtual call.
