I have a spacious three bedroom house, with two bathrooms and two living rooms, a kitchen and a laundry room. It is in a very safe part of Waco, a very quiet street and good neighbors. I have two dogs, a chihuahua and a chow, because of this I can not have any other dogs or cats. I prefer that you have no over night quests, for your safety and mine.

I am a very neat person, so I prefer a person who is also neat and will keep things tidy. I would like someone between the ages of 50 and 75. I am 70 years old and I would like someone who is closer to my own age.

I love to laugh, and I do word search puzzles. I like good movies, and I love to shop on line.
