The house we own is a new home (Built in 2022) in a safe neighborhood (Bells Farm), 1912 135th Street, Lubbock, TX 79423. It is 16 mins from campus. There are three bedrooms in the home. We are renting the individual room 11x10 with a shared bathroom. It has a full kitchen, living room, and dining area. There is a fenced backyard. There is room to park either in the driveway or in front of the house. The home has a washer/dryer/dishwasher. The floors in the bedrooms are carpet and the rest of the house has engineered flooring. The utilities will be split between the three students (Approx. $125/month). One of the roommate's is a 20 year old college student at Texas Tech University. He is quite and clean.
