Room for Rent - Comfortable Home & Easygoing

I’m looking to rent out a room in my home to help with the rising cost of living. The house was built in 2019 and I’ve lived here for the past 7 years, so it’s a well-established and comfortable place to call home.

A little about me: I’m a 26-year-old guy, former Texas Tech student, and I own my own business. I’m pretty laid-back and tend to keep to myself. Most of my time is spent working, exercising, hanging out with my three dogs, or in my home office.

I do have three dogs, and they’re all very friendly and part of the family. So, being comfortable around dogs is definitely important.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, responsible, clean, and easygoing. I’m not looking for a party house or someone who expects to be best friends with their roommate. I’m happy to give you your space and do my own thing, while still keeping the home comfortable and respectful for everyone.
