Furnished room for rent

New home, super nice room for rent. New full size bed, celing fan, computer desk, nice size closet. I Have enough room in the garage for possibly six boxes. Quiet street parking. Close to downtown area, a college, Cinema and shopping.
Sorry, no pets allowed. Month to month rental, but you may stay as long as you like. I have a stocked kitchen for which you may use all of my appliances. Cleaning up after cooking is a must! New washer & dryer. Please, no overnight guess. Laundry hours are from 10:00 to 7:00 p m. We do have a security system in the house. Refrigerator and freezer are shared. My favorite hobby is scuba diving, so I do travel.
My (female) cousin lives with me. She works full time and pretty much goes to bed after she gets home. You'll be sharing a bathroom with her. We are looking for a female roommate. Preferably someone who works full time.
We are easy going, fun loving women. You may come and go as you please. We want you to feel comfortable, as have my past roommates.
