Two Rooms available for rent in Irvine Townhouse

Posting again as I now have pics and vids of the townhouse. I didn’t post any before.

Hello! I am a 26 year old woman looking for roommates to fill 2 bedrooms in a 3 bed 3.5 bath townhouse in Cypress Village, Irvine. Each room has its own attached bath. I am a tenant, not the landlord. I am looking for roommates who are kind, respectful boundaries, clean up after themselves, and are LGBT friendly. Pets (pets that don’t roam will be considered), smoking, and vaping aren’t allowed.

Two rooms available:

$1600- available now. This room is decent sized and has a big walk in closet. This room is upstairs.

$1800 (1-2 people can fill this room. This room is available to couples)- available on the 20th. I currently don’t have pics of the master because it’s currently occupied. This room is the only room that is downstairs.

Utilities are split evenly. Two garage parking spaces are available for $100 a month each.

Children might be considered

This townhouse is within walking distance to a community pool, an elementary school, and multiple parks. It’s minutes away by car from a local middle school, high school, IVC, shopping centers, Irvine Spectrum, and grocery stores.

Proximity to colleges by car:

IVC- less than 10 mins

UCI- 20 mins

CSUF- 30 mins

Soka- 25 mins

Vanguard and Chapman- 20 mins

About me: I am a student at saddleback college and I work part time at Ralph’s. I am friendly and I clean up after myself. I’m pretty outgoing- I’m down to be friends with my roommates but I’m also fine if you don’t want to be friends. The important thing is that we all get along and have a safe place to come home to.

The other roommates are a young married couple. They are very kind and friendly. They will be moving out of the master bedroom on the 20th.
