I have a nice, newer, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1500 sq. Ft. home on a fenced 2 acre property outside city limits of Eustace, Tx.. My home is in a nice, quiet and small neighborhood. The location is convenient to I-175 and within 15 minutes to Athens, or Gun Barrel City, Tx.
I lost my husband in Dec. 2025 and now need to supplement my income. Smoking is okay in designated areas outside. I prefer a somewhat handy, and skilled gentleman roomate that wouldn't have a problem helping with minor repairs or property maintenance if or as needed. I am a christian and I prefer a christian roommate.
