Been living in Houston the past couple of years, but moving home to a property I own in San Marcos that is on an acre of land, has had new floors installed in the last couple of years, and is very spacious with two living rooms. There are two bathrooms, so unless I have guests over, you will get your own bathroom. Looking to start a garden in the backyard and you are welcome to contribute and help. Located right off I-35 but isolated enough to feel like you aren’t right in the middle of the chaos. 10 minutes from Texas State and downtown San Marcos, 35-40 minutes from Austin and about an hour from San Antonio.
There is furniture in one of the rooms, but if you decide you want that room, I will gladly move it to the other. It’s your call. The house is still being moved into so it is a work in progress, but will be taken care of.
