Room for rent or for Dog sitter

The House is located a block away from the Texas State bus stop. About a mile to the campus and a mile and a half to the square. Close to the nature preserve trails.

The bed is a full extra long. Eventually I’ll be up grading the room with a wall mounted TV. Your other two roommates are two small dogs. I am gone for weeks at a time and if interested in looking after the dogs we can reduce the rent to just a portion of utilities. Otherwise there might be a dog sitter in the house as your other co inhabitant. The yard also needs a lot of work if you’re interested on working on that instead.
When I am home I usually working on the house or yard or converting the garage in to an art/project space. Occasionally I have clients in the front room for hypnosis sessions.
