Apartment Sublet, The Mirage, December Move-In

Hello, I am subletting my apartment to be available for move in 12/16/25 as I am graduating and will no longer need a place to stay. Rent is $704 a month, utilities not included. This is a good price for a comfortable apartment complex especially with it being in San Marcos. Maintenance is very efficient and helpful, and the staff is very responsive with emails. Pets are allowed, and there is a shuttle service that runs to the school. This is a 4 bedroom 4 bath unit, and my 3 current roomates will be moving out in December as well. There is a possibility 3 new people will move in around this month, but it’s possible you might not have roomates as well. If there is anyone you know who is looking to live with you, they might be able to in this unit! The lease ends 7/10/2026. Please let me know if you are interested!
