Beautiful window room for rent in 3br zen house

The room has a walk in closet, 2 storage closets in the hallway, a mostly
Private bathroom (the 3rd roomie mostly lives with her bf). The house has a lovely private backyard, a huge garage that we currently use as storage but would love to set up an art studio and gym space eventually (I have a ton of fitness equip).
The neighborhood is tucked on the outskirts of central town but near bus stops and a 15 min bike ride to campus, town and the river.
I am a 35yr old LMT full time at a spa down the road. I have a sweet shy kitty. I love practicing self care: yoga, breathwork, meditation, dancing, fitness, creating art and jewelry, nature playtime, making healthy meals n Netflix chillin. The other roomie is also artistic and is a horticulture major. We are both introverted but enjoy connective conversation and laughter. We have the place decked out n plants, crystals, and general cozy feminine energy. Would love to find a likeminded lady with similar interests and lifestyle. Ideally someone settled past partying, cannabis friendly, ideally between mid 20s and early 40s. Respectfully no cigarettes, kids, loud animals or passive aggressive energy please. We try to keep it a sweet safe cozy lil sanctuary.
