$600 per room
~100 sqft, Unfurnished private bedroom + furnished common areas
All Bills Paid
Lease can be either month-to-month or 6-months (no price difference!)

The first room will be available for move-in as soon as October 1st!

Other rooms are in the process of being cleaned and painted for new roomies, will update as they come available 🙂‍↕️
Livingroom and Kitchen aren't pictured, as previous roommates are in the process of moving out. Will update soon!

-Each bedroom has a unique lock and key for your security and privacy
-Off-street parking on private gravel driveway
-Common areas include full Kitchen, Furnished Livingroom, Back yard/patio, and Laundry in-home
-All bills are paid, including high-speed Internet with Wi-Fi and basic toiletries (tp, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.)
-2 Bathrooms shared amongst 4 rooms.
-Cleaning service provided for common areas as needed.
-Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $20/month per pet. Note that I have two cats that will be living in the home, but they'll stay in my room while I'm gone or sleeping.

Note: The area isn't very pedestrian friendly- there aren't any sidewalks or bus stops in the area, so owning a car is highly recommended!!
