Peaceful Rooms for Rent – Kyle, Texas

I have a spacious home in Kyle with three rooms available and I’m looking for respectful, responsible people to share it with.

Available Rooms:

* Large furnished master bedroom with private bathroom
* One furnished bedroom
* One unfurnished bedroom

I can offer month-to-month or a 6-month lease—whichever works best for both of us.

This house is simply too big for one person, and I’m hoping to find good people who are looking for a clean, peaceful place to call home. I’m also looking for housemates who are willing to help keep the common areas clean and treat the home with respect.

A few important things:

* No pets, please. I have two large dogs that do not get along with other animals, and I don’t want anyone’s pets to be at risk.
* Smoking outside only, if applicable.
* Proof of income and references may be requested.
* Background check may be required.

My Christian faith is an important part of my life, so I’m looking for someone who appreciates a home built on respect, compassion, and consideration for one another.
