Just 15-20 minutes south of Austin, 15 mins from San Marcos, and 40 mins from San Antonio, enjoy a fully furnished second floor that has everything you need to feel at home.

Built in 2023, all elements are new and move-in ready. Fully furnished, modern, minimalist, it’s the perfect place for you to nest and relax. Especially if privacy and solitude are important factors.

Includes:
A private living room, a private office, two bedrooms (one of the two rooms is a guest room where you can host an occasional guest), and a private bathroom. You can choose which room you would prefer to make your room, and which you’d prefer to make the guest room. Both rooms have luxury mattresses.

If you’d like to use both bedrooms full time, let us know and we can come to a fair rate/agreement.

We can also unfurnish any of the rooms if you prefer an empty room.

In addition to a spacious kitchen downstairs, you’re welcome to use the furnished patio and grill, along with access to the community’s newly built pool and nature trails.
