About the Household & House Rules
We are quiet, considerate, and responsible working professionals who take pride in maintaining a calm, welcoming environment. To keep our home a sanctuary for everyone, we look for a housemate who shares these values:

A Clean-Air Home: We are a strictly drug-free, smoke-free, and vape-free property.

Eco-Friendly & Health-Conscious: Our home is a low-chemical, perfume-sensitive, and shoe-free household (shoes off at the door).

Household Chores: We take care of the heavy lifting! We handle the deep cleaning of the shared bathroom and will vacuum your room every two weeks (with advance notice), as well as maintain the comforters. We just ask that tenants always clean up behind themselves to keep the shared space tidy. Fresh sheets, blankets, and bath towels are provided upon move-in; you just launder your own sheets and towels with your regular wash.

Shared Kitchen Etiquette: The kitchen is fully equipped, and we supply the essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, sponges, and table napkins). You just bring your own personal groceries and consumables. For convenience, to the left of the kitchen sink features two drain boards—the rack on the right side of that section is reserved just for your dishes.

Current Pets: We love animals and have indoor pets of our own who are part of the family. Because our furry quota is comfortably full, we cannot accept any additional pets.

Rental Terms
Rent: $700/month (All bills paid)

Security Deposit: $300

Minimum Stay: 3 months

Move-in Date: Available starting September 6th, 2026
