Hello! I bought a house last year in Kyle, TX and have had two friends living with me since, they are looking to move out and start their next adventure so looking to see if someone else in the area would be interested.

I do have one dog, a seven year old Cockapoo who is very sweet, she is the only other guest in the house.

It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house right off I-35 in Kyle, TX. New development, new appliances etc. All utilities are included in the rent payment.
