Spacious Private Room in Dripping Springs

I’m renting a private room in my home in the Caliterra neighborhood, just south of Dripping Springs. I’m a 35-year-old professional working remotely for a tech company and I share the house with my friendly German Shepherd.

The room is unfurnished, has its own private bathroom, and faces the street. It gets great natural light and includes a good amount of closet/storage space.
The house is about 2,300 sq ft with a spacious layout. The backyard overlooks scenic Hill Country views, which makes it a great place to relax in the evenings. There’s also a two-car garage with a Tesla wall charger. I don’t currently have an electric vehicle, so you’re welcome to use it as long as you cover the electricity used.

Location-wise, the house is about 10 minutes from downtown Dripping Springs and roughly 40–50 minutes from downtown Austin depending on traffic.
Caliterra is a beautiful neighborhood with access to a community pool and miles of scenic walking trails, perfect if you enjoy being outdoors.
Looking for someone responsible, clean, and respectful to share the home.
