Hello! Looking to rent out 1 master bedroom with a private bathroom in a house located in Buda TX.

I am looking to rent out to a female who will clean up after themselves and is respectful of others. You can use this address for reference (this is the main road in the neighborhood): Shadow Creek Blvd Buda TX 78610

- Security deposit is $250
- For the master: monthly rent is $880 and utilities is $70, $950 total monthly.
Internet, trash, and pest control will be paid for by the landlord.
- Common areas are furnished, but you will have to furnish your own bedroom.
- The house has a ring doorbell, google nest thermostat and smart lights in all the common areas.
- You are allowed to smoke here, only thing I ask is that you do it outside.
- The closet is walk-in.
- I will require proof of income + background check prior to signing a lease here.
- Lease term can be month to month or you can sign a 6 month or 12 month lease, we can discuss this based on your needs.
