Young Professional Needs Roommate

Bedroom, queen size bed and furniture can be removed if not convenient.

The room is a 10'x10' with a window and large closet, connected to the secondary upstairs living room
(currently a weightlifting area but open to space changing)
If you want full control of the 2nd living room for your own private space (introverts I'm looking at you) I'd love to support that conversation.
There is a private upstairs bathroom that I was going to remodel (it's a new build house)
But I can always put that off for a bit!
A bit about me, I am a bit reclusive to strangers but I do love to interact with people. I just have way too much on my plate (full time job, full time online college, growing my ability to work on myself, physically and emotionally hey we are only human) I work in networking (IT Cisco devices 8 years experience) And working on certifications as well as cyber security and information assurance bachelor's program. My S/O is a 9 year veterinary professional and currently doing rehabilitation and recover for a 4 week old kitten that is severely underweight.
We are both looking for either a couple that wants to share expenses and further their own financial wellness as a team or a single female that wants to live in a safe low key household.
HOA requires minimum lease to be 6 months.
