The rooms are private bedrooms with a shared bathroom for $790/month. The deposit is $450 with a minimum 7-month lease and month-to-month after that.

It’s about 10 min to South Austin, ~20 min to Downtown Austin, ~10 min to Kyle, ~20 min to San Marcos, and about an hour to San Antonio.

You're also close to Downtown Buda, which has local events throughout the year, plus karaoke, comedy nights, live music, restaurants, bars, and Mavericks for country dancing.
