Hi friends! I’m in a unique little season of life — I’m in the process of buying a home, but I have to renew my lease in the meantime. So I’m looking for a sweet, responsible short-term roommate to share my cozy 2 bed / 1 bath apartment in Belterra!

📅 Dates: January 2026 – mid-August 2026
(Move-in date totally flexible!)
✨ Bonus: If I find a house sooner, you’ll get the whole place to yourself — and I’ll STILL cover half the rent. 😄

🏡 About the Apartment:
• Just under 1,000 sq ft
• Fully furnished living room + kitchen
• Second bedroom is currently my office, so you’ll just need your own bedroom furniture
• If you have extra household items/furniture, we can make room!
• Complex has a great pool, community center, weight room, and dog park

💵 Rent: $875/month
Includes WiFi + cable (Peacock + Prime!)
We’ll split electric.

🐶 Pets: I have one gentle 11-year-old dog. Not looking for more pets, but may be open to the right dog.

👯‍♀️ Ideal Roomie:
• Female, preferably 26–40
• Good credit, background check, and willing to be added to the lease

🌼 About Me:
I’m 34, work from home, love baking, being outdoors, church on Sundays, and a peaceful home. Clean, considerate, and easy to live with!

📍 Location:
• 2 minutes from HEB + Gold’s Gym
• 30 minutes to Downtown Austin
