Shared rooms are 12’x18’ with an 11 ft ceiling. Can be colder in the winter and warmer in the summer due to the old construction. Space heaters and fans make it more comfortable with the HVAC. 1500 sq ft shop for possible storage or to work on projects. Large garden space available to work in. Quiet neighborhood with good distance (not visible) from neighbors. Far SW Austin, near Driftwood and Dripping Springs.

I’m a 52 yr old male. Looking for someone who is tidy, clean, with a job, and a desire to not drink or do drugs. Higher energy bills in summer and winter to split, or can decide upon an average monthly to make it easier. Please be neat and be willing to help clean common areas.
