I am looking to rent my spare bedroom. I am renti g month to month to be sure that the roomate is a good fit. IMPORTANTLY. i do not allow signifact others during the first month of rental. Its important that i get familiar with the perspective roomate before i deal with there partners. Two rules are paramount. NO DRAMA( POSITIVE ENERGY). AND CLEANLYNESS.
