I am a professional (accountant & Army Reserves) with two dogs. The dogs live inside. They are respectable and lovable. Your room would be upstairs with plenty of sunlight in the morning hours. For the most part, your bathroom would be yours. The bathroom is tied to another room; but that is my workout and study room.
I am looking for a roommate who does not do drugs. Drinking is acceptabe; I would rather have you drink at home than out and about, and be a risk to others and yourself. Smoking is only allowed outside. This includes medicinal marijuana. No THC products. etc.
Guests are okay; like if you want your partner to stay - that's fine. No longterm stays.
